Includes lubrication and cooling systems, standards for safety and shop operations, also covers tools and supplies used in the industry. Maintenance procedures and schedules are also covered along with diagnostic concepts. Use of information systems, both printed and computer based, is covered. Industry opportunities and trends are covered along with customer service and professionalism. Practical applications are covered.
