CJ201 - Criminal Law

Criminal Law provides an overview of the American legal system with particular emphasis on criminal substantive law. The course addresses the essential elements of crime, crimes against the person, property, and the public, as well as factual, statutory and constitutional defenses to crime. Prerequisite: CJ111. NM Common Course Number: CRJI2053.
