This course is intended to develop a philosophical and ethical base for the Family, Infant, and Toddler (FIT) entry-level practitioner. Students will develop professional skills in advocacy, policy, family and collegial relationship-building and reflective practice. Emphasis is placed on use of the New Mexico Learning Guidelines: Infant and Toddler Domains.
